Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologists with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are invited to take on a fulfilling contract opportunity in a vibrant educational setting near Nashville, IN. This position spans from early August through Thanksgiving break, providing support for students' communication and language development within a school environment. This onsite role focuses exclusively on managing the resource caseload, with other SLPs handling separate self-contained groups, allowing you to concentrate on students who require targeted language and speech services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current Indiana SLP license in good standing is mandatory.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating daily with educational staff.
• Proficient at evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized therapy to meet IEP goals.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on the resource caseload.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress.
• Coordinate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews as needed.
