Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Assist with transferring, lifting, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics
Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other required information
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or patterns to the nursing team
Follow individualized care plans and provide care according to resident needs
Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors
Assist nurses and other members of the healthcare team with resident care as directed
Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

What We're Looking For

Current, active North Carolina Nursing Assistant certification
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
