PwC is seeking a Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax to lead engagement workstreams, supervise teams, and deliver high-quality tax advisory services for complex transactions. You will analyse tax implications, develop structures, and coach teams while embracing technology to enhance delivery and client value.
