Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations Develop treatment plans Manage medications and chronic conditions Document care accurately within the EMR Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management Salary and Benefits Salary range: $130,000-$140,000. Regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), Paid time off (PTO).
