QC Technician II

Quality Control Technician II role performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using wet chemistry and instrumental techniques in a regulated laboratory environment. First shift position in Middletown, Virginia, supporting manufacturing operations and product compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing on raw materials, samples, and finished products using wet chemistry and instrumental methods
Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, AA, flame photometry, and titrators
Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and solutions for routine analytical testing
Review analytical data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and GLP/GDP compliance
Troubleshoot analytical instruments and initiate investigations for out-of-specification results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with GED
Minimum 1 year QA/QC or related laboratory work experience
Proficiency with HPLC, atomic absorption, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and analytical instrumentation
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience in cGMP environment preferred

Compensation: $16.95–$25.42 hourly
