Job Responsibilities

• Apply large dollar amounts and high volume of lockbox, ACH and wire transactions on a daily basis.
• Research discrepancies related to unapplied or misapplied cash and provide resolutions.
• Responding to customer requests in a timely manner and recording all customer activity.
• Assisting with monthly accounts receivable close activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Application or Accounts Receivable experience.

Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
