Wage / Hours:

This position is a full-time, non-exempt position. Pay is hourly. Our business hours are 7am-6pm. Our schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.

Location:

We have two beautiful office locations, one in Everett and one in Tukwila. Role is available for both locations.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

· Work hand in hand with Restoration and other department supervisors to ensure all client jobs are taken care of with the utmost respect. Work with teams to fix water damage, floor damage, dry wall repairs, etc.

· Work with office staff to ensure correct material is ready to head to the job site.

· Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs.

Job Requirements / Skills:

· Understanding and follow through in Greenwood’s Core Values and Mission Statement.

· Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.

· Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.

· Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your teams findings in the field.

· Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.

Education, Certifications and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

IICRC Certifications in:

• Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
• Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
• Water Restoration Technician (WRT)

Not required, but a plus!

• Insurance processes
• Estimating & claims
• Subrogation
• Xactimate software experience is a strong plus

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to drive a company vehicle, which includes being insurable and passing a drug screening.

· May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders occasionally.
