Applicants must be in the Austin, TX or Tampa Bay, FL areas to be considered.**We're looking for a motivated communications student or recent graduate to join our Corporate Communications team for a six-month, part-time internship. You'll work on meaningful projects with real impact, supporting both internal and external communications efforts across a company with more than 2,700 team members in over 60 cities across the U.S. and Canada.This isn't a "make copies and sit in on meetings" internship. You'll own defined projects, draft content that reaches the entire organization, and build a portfolio of work you can point to.**What you'll work on:****Internal communications**You'll support day-to-day internal communications execution while taking ownership of two defined projects: the launch of Viva Engage as CLEAResult's enterprise community platform, and communications for our annual Week of Service volunteer initiative in October.* Draft internal content for review, including intranet posts, newsletters, and company-wide announcements* Proofread and QA communications for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with CLEAResult's voice and brand guidelines* Help maintain the internal communications calendar and content tracking* Compile basic communications metrics and insights to support continuous improvement* Support launch of Viva Engage as CLEAResult's enterprise community platform, including drafting governance guidelines, developing enablement materials for employees and community owners, and creating launch communications* Lead communications for CLEAResult's annual Week of Service volunteer initiative, including developing a content plan, collecting and shaping employee stories, and drafting content across internal channels**External communications*** Draft social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram, aligned with CLEAResult's brand voice and editorial calendar* Develop copy for social graphics, working within provided templates and coordinating with the digital marketing team for final production**What we're looking for*** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field* Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for clarity, accuracy, and detail* Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Forms); familiarity with Viva Engage is a plus* Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines* Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners across a distributed organization* Genuine interest in corporate communications, employee engagement, and energy sustainability**Compensation Range:**$20 - $23 / hourAny offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.**Compensation Range**$19.30 - $24.80**Currency**USD**Type**HourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
