We are on a mission to redefine endovascular procedures with the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System, the world’s first single use, remotely operated endovascular robotic system, currently cleared by the FDA, that enables precise vascular navigation while reducing radiation exposure and physical strain.

The peripheral endovascular space is one of the largest markets with clear unmet needs, but still with minimal penetration of robotics. LIBERTY is designed to redefine the endovascular surgical robotics marketplace by overcoming many obstacles that hinder the adoption of other robotic systems by eliminating the large capital footprint and its expenses and creating a system that is easy to use with minimal set-up time and has the potential to add value for all stakeholders.

About the Role:

\n

The Professional Education Manager plays a key role in designing, developing, and executing sales training and professional education programs for internal teams and external healthcare professionals. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to deliver high-quality educational initiatives that enhance product knowledge, clinical competency, and commercial effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience leading and participating in medical device and medical education activities and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. This is a highly visible role suited for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

\n

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of professional education programs, including physician training, workshops, and hands-on lab experiences.
\n
• Develop educational materials, presentations, training modules, and procedural guides.
\n
• Own coordination of logistics for training events, including scheduling, facility arrangements, equipment preparation, and participant communication.
\n
• Provide on-site and/or virtual support during educational programs and training events.
\n
• Manage training calendars and coordinate scheduling across internal teams and external stakeholders.
\n
• Maintain training records, documentation, and program tracking systems.
\n
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training programs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
\n
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to support education initiatives aligned with commercial goals.
\n
• Collaborate with Marketing and Chief Medical Officer to ensure educational content aligns with clinical data and product positioning.

Travel Requirements

\n

\n
• Travel approximately 30-50% as needed to support training programs and educational events both domestically and internationally.
\n
• Have/have the ability to get a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Education, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred)
\n
• 2–5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or medical education environment required
\n
• Experience leading and supporting physician education programs, events, and sales training initiatives required
\n
• Prior experience as a field-based representative in the medical device industry preferred
\n
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or sales enablement platforms (e.g. Allego, Showpad)
\n
• ADDIE Instruction Design Certification a plus

Compensation: $110K-$160K annual base salary based on qualifications and experience, with 10% discretionary annual performance bonus. Excellent benefit package, and 401(k) matching.
