Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Rochester, Minnesota

A contract nursing opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in both the Operating Room and Emergency Room settings. This position is ideal for talented professionals eager to provide high-quality patient care alongside a dedicated surgical and trauma team.


Key Qualifications:

• Active MN RN license required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Operating Room RN
• Level II trauma center experience or above is essential
• CNOR certification highly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

Schedule & Contract Details:

• Anticipated start date: 2-4 weeks following offer acceptance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care during operative and emergency procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safety and optimal surgical outcomes
• Maintain sterile techniques and uphold infection prevention protocols
• Respond rapidly to emergent patient needs, applying advanced trauma and clinical skills
• Document observations, interventions, and patient responses with accuracy and timeliness
