We Are Hiring Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Facility Name: Heather Glenn Internal Medicine Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well‑respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Call structure: Shared weekday and weekend on‑call schedule rotation 100% Outpatient clinic featuring 26 dedicated exam rooms and a manageable expected patient volume of 12–15 patients per day. Access to advanced practice support resources and streamlined work‑flows using the Athena EMR system. Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Enhance patient access through high‑quality diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations for primary internal medicine conditions. Drive clinical excellence by actively participating in care quality and cost‑effectiveness initiatives across the practice. About the Facility The practice operates directly out of the high‑functioning Heather Glenn Internal Medicine clinic on Naab Road, structurally integrated with the premier referral resources of Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis features an 86th Street campus anchored by an 821‑bed acute care facility and 8 specialized Centers of Excellence, including a Level 1 Trauma Center. Serving a broad metropolitan Indianapolis population, providing an exceptional localized patient panel and strong multi‑specialty network support. Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works. Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education Master's degree of Nursing required.
