Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses, and create and implement tailored treatment plans in line with the needs of each client.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing thorough and compassionate care.
\n
• Utilize creativity and innovative interventions to enable clients to reach and exceed their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Document all relevant client interactions, treatment plans, and ongoing assessments in compliance with company policies to ensure a consistent therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Top Point Counseling Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals, couples, children, and families. Our clients often present with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in fostering recovery and supporting individuals on their journeys to better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

• Proficient knowledge of family therapy approaches and familiarity with community resources.

• Experience with documenting diagnostics assessments, treatment plans, and case notes effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Comfort and experience in fee collection at the time of service, as well as handling financial responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Top Point Counseling Clinic, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, alongside a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our compensation plan is customizable to suit your needs and preferences, including both hourly pay and commissions on claims.
