- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency's CRM system.
- Valid insurance license for the state of Oklahoma.
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
