We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Clayton, Missouri. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, university recruiting, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. The role provides meaningful exposure to corporate recruiting within a growing financial services organization and is ideal for students interested in human resources, talent acquisition, or business operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview coordination.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain candidate pipelines across a variety of roles and departments.
• Assist with university recruiting initiatives, including campus outreach, career fairs, recruiting events, and student engagement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the planning and execution of the firm's internship program and other talent-focused initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including social media and campus engagement activities.
• Assist with recruiting reports, talent analytics, and other projects that support the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to commute to our Clayton, Missouri office preferred, but not required.
• This paid internship is designed for current students and offers flexibility around class schedules. Interns typically work 10-15 hours per week during the academic year, with opportunities for additional hours during school breaks and summer months, based on availability and business needs.
