Diesel MechanicWe're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a growing waste and hauling company. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone with experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and waste equipment.Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and waste equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and routine inspectionsTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, air brake, and mechanical systemsWork on roll-off trucks, side loaders, refuse trucks, and related equipmentDiagnose engine, transmission, sensor, and electrical issuesCommunicate with drivers regarding equipment and maintenance needsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environmentDiesel Mechanic Qualifications:2+ years of Diesel Mechanic/Diesel Technician experience preferredWaste, refuse, or heavy truck experience is a strong plusExperience with hydraulics, air brakes, electrical systems, and diesel diagnosticsExperience with Mack, Peterbilt, PACCAR, Freightliner, or similar trucks preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license required; CDL is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you're passionate about diesel engines and take pride in high-quality, reliable repair work—we want to hear from you.
