The Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store performance. This role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and driving sales growth to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees
- Ensure store appearance and merchandising meet brand standards
- Prepare reports and communicate store performance to senior management
