Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience - Top candidates for this position will have retail experience providing exceptional customer services and performing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Special Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, sitting, crawling and Ability to stand 8-10 hours per Flexible availability -- Including nights, weekends and holidays. Understanding of proper product trimming, rotation, culling and crisping techniques and procedures, in order to ensure high quality, product attractiveness and shelf life. Merchandise product for a full and fresh presentation. Receive product, inspect for freshness and correct quantity from outside vendors. Rotation and organization of product in walk in cooler. Drive sales in the store by following sales guidelines and procedures including sampling, selling produce with passion and enthusiasm and providing exceptional customer service. Assist management team with maintaining a visually appealing store by ensuring proper housekeeping, visual merchandising, and organization are kept to the highest standard. Support in-store promotional and marketing events. Adhere to quality, sanitation, and safety guidelines by following established policies, practices, and procedures. Support compliance with all federal, state, and local laws to maintain a safe work environment. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
