Position Overview As the General Manager , you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency. You will lead and develop teams while fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Ensure operational consistency and adherence to company standards Guest Experience Uphold exceptional customer service standards Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guests Oversee budgeting, labor controls, and cost management Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management and hourly team members Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth Marketing & Community Engagement Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with Washington State labor laws, wage‑and‑hour requirements, and scheduling practices Maintain compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies Qualifications 5+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a high‑volume or full‑service environment Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Certification (required or ability to obtain and maintain) Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred for guest and team communication, but not required.
