Role Description The R233085 Branch Banker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pinellas Park, FL. The Branch Banker will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with everyday banking needs such as opening accounts, processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues. This role includes providing guidance on PNC products and services, identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial well-being, and referring customers to specialists when appropriate. Daily responsibilities also include handling cash, following security and compliance procedures, using banking systems and technology, and maintaining accurate records. The Branch Banker will contribute to branch sales goals, support team initiatives, and uphold PNC’s standards for customer experience and ethical conduct. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain financial information clearly, and build trust with a diverse customer base. Sales and relationship-building abilities, such as identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate banking products, and supporting branch growth objectives. Cash handling, attention to detail, and basic math skills to process transactions accurately and follow required controls and procedures. Comfort with banking technology, including point-of-sale systems, digital banking tools, and standard office software. Knowledge of or interest in learning retail banking, financial products, and regulatory and compliance requirements. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with colleagues, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
