We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly with customers, and is eager to pass on knowledge to junior techs. Typical Day Might Include:Troubleshooting heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic systems, and zoning controlsReading wiring diagrams like a bossHelping the next generation of techs learn the ropesCommissioning and startup of newly installed systemsProviding top-tier service with a smileWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of hands-on HVAC experienceEPA Type II Certification (Required)Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving RecordLeadership mindset with a strong work ethicNATE certification or tech school training is a plus, but not requiredThe Details:Location: Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland - Must live w/in 25 miles of one of our locationsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call rotation (every 4th or 5th week)Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be comfortable working on your feetA Word From Our Family: Since 1934, Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning has been dedicated to treating people right—our customers, our employees, and our community.
