Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious General Production Operator to support manufacturing, production filling, packaging, material handling, shipping, and receiving operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform depalletizing, production filling, packaging, and palletizing activities.
- Operate paint-making control systems, pumps, valves, and manufacturing equipment.
- Operate packaging machinery, including robotic systems, filling machines, case packers, and labelers.
- Operate forklifts and handle raw materials and finished goods.
- Unload dry and liquid materials and load trucks with finished products.
- Monitor product quality, fill levels, fill weights, packaging appearance, and production cycles.
- Review raw material Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions using STOP or SMART cards.
- Read and follow work instructions across production, packaging, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist in training other General Production Operators as needed.
- Work different shifts or overtime when required to support operational needs.
