Sr Site Activation Coordinator

IQVIA seeks a Senior Site Activation Coordinator to manage feasibility and site activation activities for clinical studies at the country/region level. The role involves preparing regulatory documentation, coordinating with internal teams and investigative sites, and maintaining project tracking systems in compliance with applicable regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform site activation and feasibility activities for assigned clinical studies
• Prepare and review site regulatory, contractual, and ethics documents for accuracy
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members
• Update and maintain project databases, tracking tools, and timelines with current information
• Track progress and follow up on execution of regulatory documents, CDAs, ICFs, and Investigator Packs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• 2 years of experience in healthcare environment or equivalent education and training
• Ability to review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
• Proficiency with databases, tracking tools, and project management systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional coordination

Compensation: $35,800.00 - $102,000.00 base
