Pearl Glow Aesthetic Spa & Salon is a results-driven spa near Houston’s Galleria area. We specialize in customized facials, deep cleansing, extractions, acne care, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and body waxing while providing relaxing, client-focused experiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is skilled in providing high-quality, results-focused skincare treatments while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every client.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, client-focused, and eager to build long-term relationships with clients. You should be comfortable performing consultations, recommending customized treatments, educating clients on skincare routines, and helping clients achieve visible results.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client’s skin concerns and goals.
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform extractions and dermaplaning safely, skillfully, and professionally.
• Perform advanced facial treatments including microneedling, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, and corrective skincare services.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room.
• Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional client experience.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License required.
• Minimum 2 years of esthetician experience required.
• Experience with facials, extractions, advanced facial treatments, and skincare consultations preferred.
• Dermaplaning and microneedling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about skincare.
