Leasing Administrator

The Leasing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager with all leasing activity at the marina. The position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day according to the schedule agreed upon with your manager. Marina operating hours range from 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and seasonal schedule changes may take place at management discretion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing Manager in driving leasing activity at the marina
• Represent TopSide Marinas to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on putting the customer first
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to meet established leasing goals
• Process leasing paperwork and gather necessary documentation for new member contracts and renewal contracts
• Collect fees and rental payments via credit card
• Must be available to work weekends

Qualifications

• Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Be hospitable, enthusiastic, and people-friendly
• 1-2 years of office experience or customer service preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on a team and be able to work well with co-workers
• Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to work well under all conditions, especially handle extreme weather conditions
• Must be able to swim and be comfortable working around water
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills
