HR Director

The HR Director will oversee and manage all human resources functions for a growing ABA organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure the company remains compliant, implement best practices, and develop programs that support both employees and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in building and maintaining strong HR systems. This individual will oversee the employee lifecycle while managing and mentoring HR staff responsible for onboarding and administrative functions. The role also includes developing policies, maintaining compliance, and introducing new programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR operations and employee relations
• Manage and mentor HR team members responsible for onboarding and administration
• Ensure employee handbooks, policies, and procedures are up to date and compliant
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Develop and implement new HR programs and initiatives
• Support leadership with organizational planning and workforce strategy
• Oversee performance management and employee engagement efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and processes
• Foster a positive and professional workplace culture

Qualifications:
• Senior level HR experience required
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
• Experience managing HR operations and developing policies
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Healthcare or ABA experience preferred
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands on when needed
