Outpatient Dialysis RN — CAP Path to Leadership

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level professional RN for the Outpatient CAP program. The role focuses on coordinating care, performing assessments, planning, and contributing to quality improvements within the ESKD care team. As a member of the dialysis unit, you will participate in patient education, treatment planning, and collaboration with RNs, LPNs, technicians, and physicians to ensure safe, effective hemodialysis delivery.
