Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide all-encompassing care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Share valuable therapy techniques and insights with patients and their families to empower ongoing progress at home.
  • Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatments: Continuously assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
Education Requirements
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.
Certifications Required
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
