Senior Analyst

Cervello Global Corporation is looking for a Senior Analyst specializing in Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) to support the Capabilities Development Directorate, Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration (DC, CD&I). As the USMC modernizes to support National Defense Strategy imperatives, the USMC must enable CJADC2 as the Department moves towards a data‑centric way of warfare. The candidate will provide DC CD&I with subject matter expert support services required in this high‑profile and critical area. CE INFO will require technical, architectural, and engineering support services. Place of Performance is at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico Virginia. This position is a contributor to the development of comprehensive Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents and analysis of existing MAGTF capabilities to identify capability gaps, excesses, solutions, and risk areas in order to produce requirements for a future all-domain MAGTF solution. Job Duties / Expertise Ensures the successful execution of combat capability equities within the Marine Corps and Joint capabilities development systems in the development of C2 Next & CJADC2 capabilities Performs a variety of complex analytical tasks associated with writing and staffing JCIDS documents, which may include JUONS/UUNS/DUNS Supports CIOs with capability development document preparation, which may include information papers, white papers, congressional inquiries, stakeholder briefs, etc. Provides technical analysis of proposed systems and review doctrine and documents for concepts and capabilities development regarding leveraging and inserting AI/ML and other technology to draft CDD and CRCs Support drafting DoDAF Enterprise Architecture in support of USMC C2 capability efforts Assist with MC CBA/POM activities and development Respond to taskers and track document routing and related actions Coordinate meetings and track subsequent action items Provide coordination and collaboration among a team of SMEs in support of contract deliverables Provide progress and status reports in support of contract deliverables Position Requirements Minimum Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, and a Master's degree from a senior level military course of instruction (e.g., War College graduate). 8 years’ experience in capability development, acquisition, and test and evaluation (T&E) Knowledge and/or experience in USMC/Joint C2 processes, data and cloud structure, Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), architecture development, and process flows Knowledge of CJADC2 concept Working knowledge of the Marine Corps, its missions, organizational structure, warfighting concepts, both Joint concepts and Naval/USMC Ability to interact daily with the Marine Corps customer in a dynamic, fast paced environment, including multi-tasking and prioritizing requirements Authored concept, capability, acquisition, and T&E documents/specifications/plans Knowledge of Marine Corps Force Integration Plan (FIP) Conducted studies to provide analytical underpinnings for functional concept, capability, acquisition, and T&E issues or knowledge gaps Experience in authoring concepts, conducting DOTMLPF analysis, JCIDS capabilities documentation development, analyzing Universal Needs, Urgent Universal Needs, Deliberate Universal Needs (UNS/UUNS/DUNS) statements Cloud environment supporting tactical formations and Mission Partner Environment (MP) (MPE?) Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Background in Marine Corps C2 and Operations, to include FMF/ MAGTF operations and staff integration Former action officer at MCCDC or HQMC with knowledge of Marine Corps operations and staffing processes (Preferred) Knowledge of Force Design / Marine Corps Modernization (Preferred) Knowledge of Data Centricity Note Position is contingent upon Contract Award.
