Talent Acquisition Specialist

To support a growing team, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods Coordinate interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and represent the company's culture and values Conduct reference checks, extend offer letters, and ensure compliance with employment laws throughout the hiring process Required qualifications Six months or more of experience in recruiting, sales, HR, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Talent acquisition experience preferred, with a willingness to learn the full recruiting cycle encouraged for new graduates Working knowledge of interviewing best practices and talent evaluation methods Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools like Asana Comfortable in a remote work environment, including digital communication and time management
