Senior Technical Business Analyst Job Type: Permanent Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (2 days per week in office) We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to bolster our evolving technical capability within the US business. You will be expected to work on a range of product changes between Hiscox’s own and third‑party applications. These product changes support our strategic priorities to digitize complex processes, enable improved process efficiency, and enhance the service we provide our brokers and direct customers. What You’ll Be Doing Working in US IT, focusing on the conversion of business requirements into functional and non‑functional technical requirements & solutions that realize the business objectives. Producing high‑quality analyst artifacts, including but not limited to user stories, functional and non‑functional specifications, and interactive prototypes. Conducting solution design walkthroughs and product functionality demonstrations to garner and document feedback. Validating solutions by performing user acceptance testing and supporting test activities including analysis, triage, and review of defects. Building strong, productive relationships with business sponsors & SMEs, IT & third‑party stakeholders at all levels. Implementing continual improvements within your sphere of influence to ensure that we are constantly delivering efficient and effective technical changes. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and other conditions of employment.
