Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• Certification as an SLP
• Experience in school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Comprehensive understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfort with both group and individualized (1:1) student support
• Strong collaboration skills when working with educators, parents, and support staff
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students, tailored to individual needs
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and maintain accurate records for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to integrate speech-language strategies into daily routines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families on supporting communication skills
• Implement evidence-based practices for the full spectrum of elementary through high school students, ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment
