Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to residents during night shifts under supervision of the nursing leadership.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, record vital signs, and promptly report changes to the charge nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to policy and safety protocols.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Document care accurately in the facility’s medical record system and participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Adherence to professional standards and facility policies
