Fleet Mechanic (Entry Level)

Construction Company seeking an Entry Level Fleet Mechanic for an immediate opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn. The Entry Level Fleet Mechanic will assist with basic maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company vehicles while receiving hands-on training from experienced technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements

• Perform basic inspections and document findings

• Help diagnose minor mechanical issues under supervision

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment

• Support senior mechanics with repairs and projects as needed

• Complete training assignments and stay up to date on safety procedures

• Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure safe and efficient shop operations

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in automotive work (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Candidate must be able to communicate with job-site personnel.
• Minimum travel is required.
• Clear DMV driving record required.
