Help Wanted: Survey Crew Chief
We are seeking a experienced and motivated Survey Crew Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, leadership skills and the ability to oversee survey crew operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate survey crew activities
- Operate and maintain survey equipment
- Ensure accurate data collection and recording
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief or similar role
- Valid surveying license or certification would be a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with total stations, GPS and other surveying tools (We recently switched from Topcon to Leica)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
