A day in this role

Join our team supporting multiple partner facilities across the St. Petersburg/Largo area. You’ll work in climate-controlled environments where employees are treated with care and respect, focusing on assembling quality electrical products that pass rigorous inspections.

What you’ll do

Review and interpret build diagrams and work instructions for electrical component assemblies.
Use hand tools — including a pop rivet tool — to combine electrical components and raw materials into subassemblies and finished products.
Complete full builds that meet quality control standards before release.

Most opportunities center on small-format assemblies; one role focuses on large product assembly.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated job stability is essential. Candidates with a pattern of roles under one year will not be considered.
Experience assembling electrical components and products using hand tools.
Commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality.
