Position Details Monday-Friday 10:30pm to 7:00am You Will Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space. Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times. Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations. Pick and prepare orders for customer. (tracking items removed from crib) Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees. Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product. Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty. You Have High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in related field. Lift 25 to 60 lbs. Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP. Customer service and sales growth oriented.
