Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies a subsidiary company of Minute Man Arc for Human Services a non-profit company in MA is looking for a Part Time Fee for Service Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. We provide developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for eligible children ages 3-22. We are located 2 Mill & Main, Bldg #2, Suite 370, Maynard, MA.

Our therapists provide center based diagnostic and treatment services. We offer an opportunity to be creative and play based while working with children and their families in a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Hours and days are flexible between Monday and Friday and between 3:00pm-7:00pm and/or Saturday mornings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited program with completed CFY.

• Licensed and certified in Massachusetts as a Speech/Language Pathologist

• Pediatric experience working with developmental delays and special needs

• Therapists who incorporate play and fun in interactive therapy sessions

• Therapists who enjoy collaborating with families, schools and staff for a team approach

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to use Electronic Medical Records or willingness to learn

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

• Feeding therapy with children would be a bonus

Salary commensurate with experience. $60 Fee for Service
