Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Evolve Landscaping is a family-owned commercial landscape maintenance and construction company with a strong growth rate and a close-knit team culture. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service, build long-term client relationships, and drive portfolio growth.

✅ What You’ll Do

Daily scheduling, monitoring, and production of maintenance field crews
Support field crew hiring, training, and development
Serve as the primary contact for clients across your assigned portfolio
Identify and sell landscape enhancement services to new and existing clients
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, address concerns, and exceed client expectations
Renew contracts and maintain a high level of client retention
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor job performance and gross margins to meet financial targets
Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM (Aspire)

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or landscape operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Landscape industry experience, bilingual preferred
