Medtronic seeks a Demand Planner to support global supply chain operations by generating monthly forecast analysis, collaborating across commercial and operational functions, and utilizing advanced analytics to anticipate market demand and improve planning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive forecast accuracy using advanced analytics and statistical models to anticipate market demand
Maintain product demand history, baseline forecasts, and promotional projections for data integrity
Analyze demand trends and product performance to identify patterns and mitigate forecasting risks
Translate commercial and market insights into actionable forecasts aligned with Sales & Operations Planning
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve forecast variances and support enterprise decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience, or advanced degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability
Experience influencing and collaborating across commercial, supply chain, and operations teams
Working knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning systems
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
