About Our Client

Our client is a Tier 1 automotive supplier with multiple facilities across the Midwest, known for investing heavily in automation and lean manufacturing. Their Cleveland-area plant is undergoing significant modernization and expansion.

Job Description

• Improve production processes, cycle times, and yield
• Lead cost reduction and lean initiatives
• Support new product introductions (NPI)
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related)
• 2-5 years manufacturing engineering experience
• Automotive or high-volume production experience preferred
• Lean/CI knowledge (Six Sigma a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills
