About the Job Hiring Real Estate Agent (Licensed) - West Palm Beach, FL | High-End Sales | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to focus on high-end, quality sales while maximizing their commission and working with an experienced brokerage. Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Work with high-value and luxury properties.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market properties to attract qualified buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service.
- Active Florida Real Estate License ( required ).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with luxury or high-end clients (preferred, not required).
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
- No franchise fees.
- Work with an experienced brokerage in a high-value market.
