Job Description

Join a dynamic warehouse team where you will handle a variety of material handling and production support tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving products throughout the facility, and supporting packaging and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and other delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move products from pallets to containers and ensure items are placed in the correct locations.
• Load products onto machinery to support production and packaging processes.
• Transport products from one side of the warehouse to another using appropriate material handling methods.
• Support packing and packaging activities to prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks such as organizing stock and maintaining orderly storage areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting production operations by loading products onto machinery.
• Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled environment with seasonal conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality for early-morning shifts.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and progress into more advanced roles, such as machine operation.

Work Environment

• Standard schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Work is performed in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Facility is non-temperature-controlled; temperatures vary with seasonal weather conditions.
• Fans and heaters are utilized to improve comfort as temperatures change.
• Position requires standing and walking for the majority of the workday.
• Regular physical activity is required, including lifting, carrying, and moving products.
• Work is performed around machinery and material handling equipment in a busy production setting.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Casual, practical work attire appropriate for a warehouse and manufacturing facility is expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
