Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nursing staff
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning as directed by the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with facility protocols
• Support a safe and clean patient environment in compliance with infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical care environment
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary care team
