If you have strong communication skills, and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think 'outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner. Hours: Full- Time Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 Responsibilities : On-board new hires for the Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager Position (conduct Welcome Meetings, maintaining relationships with Sponsors until in office) Manage the sponsor tracking and related documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and reduce risk to company Maintain relationshipswith Managers/ Executive Team/ Operations Team and communicate on sponsor progress Conduct weekly on-track meetings with candidates and create study plans catered to sponsor timelines. Prepare reports and conduct a presentation on a weekly basis for the Sponsors’ progress On average conduct 60 meetings weekly Weekly reports and communication to the Director of Sponsorship Facilitate the application and registration process for licensed sponsors, ensuring completion prior to office start dates.
