Contract Recruiter (162305) Eddystone, Pennsylvania Salary: USD40 - USD50 per hour LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with a global food manufacturing company known for supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment during a critical growth and transformation period. We are partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their Eddystone, PA facility. This is an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly and salaried roles in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact during a high-visibility period and involves engaging with key stakeholders to meet workforce needs efficiently. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through candidate start date. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs. Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for both hourly and salaried positions. Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing and operational roles. Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience. Initiate and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and screening requirements. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation within the ATS. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, food production, or similar operational environments. Proven ability to recruit both hourly and salaried talent. Strong sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
