Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer software, web-based applications, and electronic health records
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities across diverse patient diagnoses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural competence
  • Flexibility to accommodate fluctuating patient demand and schedules

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
  • Familiarity with outpatient or community-based therapy settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Current license to practice physical therapy within the state of employment

Other Requirements:

  • Certification and licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Ability to perform evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and adapt approaches for diverse patient populations
  • Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as healthcare regulations and standards
  • This role may require occasional travel and associated reimbursements
