Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lymphedema | Home Health

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team providing specialized in-home therapy services throughout Florida.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay-per-visit model: $69 per visit (OT – CLT)
• Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
• Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 – $100,000+ based on visit volume
• Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes
• Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
• Develop functional treatment plans focused on daily living and independence
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
• CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema
• Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
