About the Opportunity

MDs interested in continuing a tradition of exceptional quality and patient care will be joining a team with an exemplary quality track record spanning decades. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Team & Practice Highlights

• Team Structure: Currently comprised of 10 full-time MDs, 4 part-time MDs, and 16 CRNAs.

• Balanced Call Schedule: Call is shared equally among MDs. Weekday first-call shifts are only 13 hours, with designated pre- and post-call days off.

• Scope of Services: Provides regional and OB anesthesia services. (Note: No cardiac, neuro, pain, or critical care services are required.)

Pay Range:

$400,000.00 USD - $575,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
