Body Renovation Physical Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned, orthopedic and sports medicine private practice, with multiple locations throughout metropolitan Milwaukee. We rely on teamwork, manual therapy, advanced exercise programming and a commitment to outstanding patient care to make sure our patients get back to the things that mean the most to them.

We're dedicated to:

• One-on-One Treatment Sessions: BRPT Therapists Manage 1-on-1 visits with each client – which means you can provide exceptional, personalized care to active, highly motivated patient populations. An ideal week is 34-36 patients, truly one on one.
• A Patient Focus: We work hard to develop long-term relationships with our patients, becoming their number one stop for orthopedic care.
• Hands-on Care: BRPT Therapists bring a variety of backgrounds to clinic, but all have a similar philosophy ... active listening, strong manual skills, advanced corrective exercise techniques and creative HEP programming.
• Professional Growth: BRPT Therapists expand clinical skills and knowledge through one-on-one mentorship and ongoing training sessions, as well as personal input on continuing education and development.
• Business Acumen: BRPT Therapists understand the important role they play in on our team. We're open book, open door ... Therapists are able to analyze personal productivity using clinic-driven standards, proactively striving for personal growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic care.
• Current Wisconsin physical therapy license (BS, MPT, DPT welcome).
• Strong and organized documentation skills.
• Some continuing education including strong manual skills, manual trigger point therapy and/or functional exercise.
• Proactive team member who is motivated by a collaborative environment and who thrives on the success of both individual and team.

Preferred:

• Private practice experience.
• Continuing education and/or certification: Institute of Physical Art (CFMT), Myopain Seminars (CMTPT), SFMA, NSCA TPI, etc.
• Manual Trigger Point/Dry Needling certification.
• Specialty/niche practice programming and certification.

Open to part- and full-time applicants with opportunities in Mequon, Grafton and Whitefish Bay.
