LPN Rehabilitation Nursing

Our facility provides inpatient care for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions. The design promotes recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting. The facility encompasses 41,000 square feet, creating an uplifting atmosphere for patients and their care teams. It features large, well-equipped therapy gyms. A full-service pharmacy and in-house dialysis facilities are available on-site. Innovative therapy options are provided, including a retrofitted vehicle for mobility therapy. A spacious therapy courtyard offers diverse approaches to treatment in a serene environment. We have a Hydro Worx water therapy treadmill equipped for buoyant, low-impact resistance exercises. An Assisted Daily Living apartment prepares patients for everyday living with a functional kitchen and bathroom. Communal areas include a large dining hall with a buffet line and outdoor patio for family gatherings. The facility includes 36 private rooms and is engineered for potential expansion to meet growing demand. Our rehabilitation programs offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those in our care. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:7, with the possibility of increasing to 1:8 as needed.
